Member's of Boston area prayer groups brought lavish grifts of food to share and gifts of aid for a refugee family.
The evening began with singing of joyful and traditional Christmas songs in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
David Brooks, the Director of CRS Boston presented the refugee family to the assembly which warmly welcomed them. He explained that the parish Arrupa ministry worked with Catholic Charities to help settle the family in their new country.
