The Holy Spirit Institute of Boston (HSIB) held a workshop on Discernment at the Boston Archdiocese Pastoral Center in Braintree on October 12, 2019. HSIB is associated with the Charismatic Renewal Services of the Archdiocese of Boston.

Members of prayer groups and parishes seeking better understanding of the Holy Spirit's gift of discernment gathered for this day of teaching. Ginny Rossini used the Pastoral Center's multi-media capabilities and handouts to present the session. Interactive participaton merged the wisdom and experience of those attending with the PowerPoint video instruction. 

After some discussion of the concepts of Discernment, all were invited to discern sample word gifts. Time was then set aside for everyone to pray and discern how God may want them to address with some situation in their lives. Also the group was asked to discern directions for the Holy Spirit Institute.
