An Illustrated lecture The Language of Icons: Art as Revelation will be given by Dennis Sardella at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village Street in Medway, 1:00 to 2:30 pm. The event is sponsored by the St. Joseph's Vision of Peace Prayer Group. 

Dennis is a retired Boston College chemistry professor who has devoted himself to the study of these amazing images from orthodox Christianity. He is a docent at the Museum of Russian Icons in Clinton. Copies of his recently published book "Visible Image of the Invisible God. A Guide to Russian and Byzantine Icons" will be available for purchase.

Light refreshments will be served.
