Charismatic Renewal Services of the Archdiocese of Boston celebrated Christmas on the evening of December 27 at St. Mary's Church, Waltham. Members from the diverse ethnic Boston prayer groups and guests filled the lower church hall with joyful song and praise to celebrate the Christmas season. A lavish buffet of many dishes representing the differet ethnic groups attending concluded the celebration. David Brooks organized the evening which began with jubilent Christmas praise songs led by Roque Pena and Matteo Fillippi. Ann Moore saw that the hall was festively decorated.  Catherine Duggan, Jose Menjivar, and Emeka Ihionu presented the readings for the day, David Brooks gave a reflection on the readings while Andres Diaz offered Spanish translation. Many families' children enjoyed he hall's ample space for their active expression during the praise and caroling. Later they quickly found their way to the dessert table.
